Today’s Mammoth Times announced a tentative opinion in the federal court case seeking to block expansion of Mammoth/Yosemite Airport. The federal judge’s opinion stated — as I predicted — that “the Environmental Assessment prepared by the FAA for the Mammoth Yosemite Airport did not comply with all provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).” A final ruling is rule within another week or so.
