salt and pepper
mash small handful of chopped garlic into bowl
2 anchovies, mash
1/2 tablespoon of german mustard, mash
1 egg yolk, mash
juice of 1/2 lemon (or a little less), stir
less than teaspoon of red wine vinegar
teaspoon of worschtershire sauce
1/3 cup olive oil, don’t stir
head of romaine lettuce, toss
grated parmesan
for the croutons:
cut up garlic
olive oil
cut up bread, mush around
oven, 425 degrees
eat it!
